'A Day In The Life' of a successful hypnotherapist

The fabulous Lucy Waterhouse just sent me this message and I thought it useful to share with you, particularly our newly qualifieds who wonder if they will attract many clients! Like I always say, 'careful what you wish for'! Lucy knows you will forgive any spelling or grammar incongruencies in favour of her enthusiasm!

"Oh gods sounds horrid losing sense of smell and taste! Will imagine it back into being on your behalf.... hope to spark some magic return of said senses..... great ideas for my gambling enquiry I will respond to him forthwith hence forth and with great gusto!

Also had a return of my young OCD kid who is doing very well these days working and doing an apprenticeship full time booming social life and a girlfriend d but wants a couple of sessions that he will pay for himself to iron out a few things....

Mr anger management is doing fahhhhhhbulously absolute 100%turnaround on his aggression and is in full touch with the whole range of his emotions and us back for a trio of sessions to help him cope with his current marriage break up...

... and I have a sporadic client with a laundry list of everything to work though who had a past life session a few weeks ago and who is doing great just likes the odd session to keep on top of things...

... And a guy who I've seen here and there over the last few years who is lovely but has been clinging onto his misery since he,was about 30- he's 45 now until I laid it out to him straight that pontificating on the where's and why's and working our the the root of all his ills would inevitably drive him round in loops until he was prepared to make significant decisions to change and drag his brain kicking and screaming til it realised there was nothing to be frightened of and everything to gain...

.. have done 2 NBG s with him in recent weeks for 2 major sticking points which have had a seemingly profound effect. Worked on regressing him too to his 8 year old scared stiff out of depth self with no tools or skills to help himself (he was moved from a steiner school in South Africa to a mainstream school in the uk at age 8 and couldnt even read his own name and was frozen solid with terror and consequently up until a couple of weeks ago when he was faced with anything remotely challenging or involving academic knowhow- he is a university lecturer lol swings and roundabouts!- he just froze to the point of absolute inertia and panic and felt like he was drowning) anyway I regressed him to age 8 gave him a library full of resources then grew him back up again. Then did a NBG to find new ways of responding to challenges that would keep him moving and we seemed to hit a turning point! He said after our second pivotal session 2 weeks ago that he thinks I am "remarkable"!!!!! And also "amazing and talented"!!!!!

....just need him to put that in writing and go and hand out leaflets with it on now 😀 so yep yep yep everything still going in the right direction. Woohoo!"
